Description
Our new Small Pullman is made with the same simple sourdough recipe as our other loaves: flour, water, and salt.
Baked in a lidded Pullman pan, this loaf has a clean square shape, soft even slices, and a more versatile size for everyday use. It is great for sandwiches, toast, grilled cheese, French toast, or slicing and freezing.
Our original Pullman is still available. This is the smaller, more compact option.
